Hi friends! I'm Maia and I'm so excited to start this blog. It's my first time creating a blog or any type of online website, but since I was little, I always wondered what it would be like to have a blog. It seemed so cool to me as a kid and it still does now. So, I'm taking a class in school called AICE Media Studies, and I have to create a blog for it. In this class, we learn about how the media affects us and we're also learning how the media sort of manipulates us. (It is such an interesting topic and I was so excited to join!) Although it is a requirement for the class, this is just such an exciting process for me and I cannot wait to start!
